Breakfast was really good, Staffs are really good and helpful in arranging the cab and other requests. A good stay for the family will look forward for next year for the visit.

Me and my partner came to Georgia for the first time and this was a great first skiing holiday for us as a couple. Pkiria and Teona helped us immensely with recommendations, finding ski gear, reservations for the sauna and massages, taxis and helped with taking out ski gear back to the rental shop. We loved their eagerness to help and make our stay as comfortable as possible. We had a very early check out so they even made us lunch boxes because we were going on a long drive to Kutaisi. Cosiness and hospitality, especially of the restaurant(open until 22:30).Variety of tasty options at breakfast was a pleasant bonus(only downside was an absence of brewed coffee,but you can order it from the bar as extra). Also proximity to the pists with included 5 minute transfer (kindly ask reception/driver for a lift to new Gudauri,it might take longer at busy time 10AM).Sauna/roof top hot bath tube could be booked for your convenience (make sure to do it day before).Ski storage is also available. Hotel arranged a transfer from/to international airport at reasonable price with a reliable driver.
